Pages with a big distance to the homepage
The pages in this list are located at a considerable distance from your website's homepage, i.e., it takes many clicks to get to them from the homepage.
Why you should link your pages as close to the homepage as possible:
Important sub-pages should be accessible with just a few clicks from the homepage, to ensure that Google is able to find and index this content.
Conversely, pages buried deep within your site structure may go unnoticed by visitors or search engine bots.
In addition, deeply linked pages are considered less relevant by Google. So make sure that important pages are not linked too deeply within your site structure.
What the information in this list means:
The "Page level" column shows you for each URL, how many clicks it takes to reach that page from your homepage. By clicking on "Details", you can see the click path (all the URLs that need to be visited to get there).
If there is more than one possible click path, the one that is shortest from the homepage will be displayed here.
How to fix these problems:
For each URL, check whether it would be possible and useful to link to it at a higher level. You can do this by analyzing the click path and inbound links (both of which can be found under "Details").
